Production Responsibilities

  • Work as a team with the rest of your crew (servers, cashiers, management, kitchen).
  • Have complete knowledge of portions for all food items.
  • Understand how to call food and pull plates.
  • The only food to be pulled or made is food that is rung in on a ticket.
  • Understand the walk in food rotation and the location of items/stock  (what cheese tub to use, which 10 inch shells to grab, first in first out method, etc).
  • Keep talking between employees to a bare minimum.


During downtime/slow periods:

  • Wipe down Steam-Table
  • Sweep the floor
  • Fill cheese pans
  • Fill chili
  • During rushes, keep an eye on cheese pans on table: If they are close to empty, grab another.
  • Always be aware of Drive Thru times.
  • Wash your hands each time you change tasks.
  • Fully stock Steam-Table (chili, cheese, spaghetti) and walk in prep (tomatoes, cucumbers, etc) at the end of shift.
  • Bathrooms are to be checked and stocked/cleaned after every shift.
  • No food or drink is to be consumed around Steam-Table, server station, food prep areas, or carry out stations


Customer Service

  • Answer the telephone with "Thank you for calling Delhi Skyline this is (your name) how can I help you."
  • Always be smiling.
  • Actively engage and interact with customers sitting at the counter.
  • Greet customers as they walk in.


Be aware of:

  • Carry out customers
  • Paying customers at front register

Your #1 priority is to have customers happy while they are here and when they leave.
