Position Title: Production

Reports To: Manager on Duty

Position Summary: Prepares to order all food items, following standard recipes and procedures within specific time limits.  Hospitality!


Qualification Standards (Includes, but are not limited to):

  • Delivers Skyline Time through personal hospitality.
  • Prepares ways, coneys and all other food items.
  • Obtains assigned duties from manager on duty at beginning of shift.
  • Waits on drive-thru, cash/carry-out and counter customers when necessary. Inputs all orders.
  • Greets customers and assists with special needs.
  • Follows proper food safety guidelines.
  • Stocks/restocks items on steam-table according to specifications.


Accountabilities

Responsible for preparing food orders quickly and according to standard recipes to ensure quality and avoid waste.  Communicates with dining room team to expedite guest food orders.  Processes guest orders to ensure that all items are prepared properly and on a timely basis.  Is responsible for assigned cleaning and side duties per restaurant guidelines.


Essential Functions

  • Must reach, bend, stoop, lift, shake, pour, carry and push.
  • Lifts and carries tubs, trays and cases weighing up to 30 lbs several times per shift.
  • Lifts and empties trash cans weighing up to 100 lbs throughout shift.
  • Interacts verbally with customers and co-workers.
  • Operates cash register and makes change accurately.
  • Walks and stands during entire shift.
  • Job requires substantial repetitive motions of the wrist, hands and fingers.
  • Frequent washing of hands.
  • Hazards include, but are not limited to, cuts, slipping, tripping, falls and burns.
